NEW AND OLD CHALLENGES OF THE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND MERCOSUR

This article discusses different challenges of a political, economic and commercial nature to be tackled along the path that the European Union and Mercosur have agreed to resume. First, we will examine the challenges posed by the negotiation practice adopted by the EU in the various international trade forums. Then we will address the issues directly related to trade relations between Mercosur and the EU, highlighting the challenges associated with what we call the agricultural hurdle. Finally, we will discuss the political challenges of the negotiation, based on a retrospective view of the evolution of the inter-regional agreement, concluding with a brief appraisal of the present challenges.

BRAZILIAN COMPANIES ON THE ADVANCE IN BRAZIL

The movement towards stronger Brazilian companies can be seen not only in the advance of their internationalization, but above all in their presence as major buyers of companies in Brazil belonging to Brazilians and foreigners. Or, an eye on Brazilian companies abroad and in Brazil.

NEGÓCIOS INTERNACIONAIS: PESQUISA E APLICAÇÃO NO BRASIL
